Abstract

This paper details the development process for startupgraveyard.io, a web resource to help entrepreneurs avoid making the same mistakes as failed start-ups. There is currently no collective resource to learn from the failures of past startups. This project analyzes reasons for company failure and provides company information such as opening and closing year of the company, founder(s), funding and geographic location. Information is curated to make a collective webpage for each failed startup.
